Piles are such a pain, litterally in th butt. The more I think about them the more they hurt. Try taking a shower try a warm bath, try this try that nothing seems to help. It is a nightmare. Something has to work, tell me, it is impossible for me to live like this forever. GIve me some wisdom oh wise one. Tell me more, how can you help me get rid of my piles. They are puffing out like a piece of popcorn on my anus. What to do, What to do? Maybe I will just get my anus cut off and poop out of my stomach.
